It’s not always obvious

sometimes you see people who you think will instantly be good leaders and others who you honestly didn’t think could lead a dog…

sometimes you see people who you think will instantly be good leaders and others who you honestly didn’t think could lead a dog…

Over the years i’ve discovered that often it’s the unlikely leaders who turn out to be the great leaders. Why?hmm maybe you have some ideas but here’s my reasoning

A) Those who are perceived as great leaders get asked to do everything and are often too busy to consider this new project

B) Those who are perceived as lousy leaders never get asked and therefore are available

C) Lousy leaders from your perspective just might have a different style or personality to you.

D) People are incredibly gifted and talented and when given an opportunity to contribute often thrive.

Perhaps this is a reason Jesus choose the kinds of disciples he did.

Determination & motivation play a great part. A wise man mentioned that even though F.D.Roosevelt had polio, he triumphed over his disability & became a great leader.

It is well known that Travis would be asking someone else to lead his dog if he had one.
