Food Safety Courses

Food Safety Courses range from informal to Cert IV and Nationally accredited courses.

Usually cover areas such as:

-correct storage
-dealing with danger foods
-personal hygiene for staff
-cleaning food prep areas
-prevention measures
-pest control

SU Victoria Cook’s Bash run two events each year

ideas sharing for Mission and camp Cooks
October 13, 2007- As part of TORQUE team training day the Cook’s Bash
team run a two hour ‘ Hygiene Highlights’
food safety session and other information sessions.
