We facilitate programs that encourage and empower students’, improve wellbeing, and strengthen links between students, families, teachers and the broader community.
The Schools Team use ELEVATE, a community development framework, to respond to some of the challenges faced by schools.
SU’s ELEVATE framework aim to:
- Connect with young people and school communities
- Build up positive values and resilience in young people
- Empower young people to transform their school and community
